Hey,
I remember playing A1 and 2 years ago when I first found them. I remembered waiting for A3 but it never finishing. Since then I've had to get a mac for school/ future work reasons and when I remembered last week about this, I tried to re-download A1. But it's for PCs only. Is there anyway we could get mac versions? I know macs are lame in the gaming world, but it's what I have now and I still really want to play. I was just wondering if that was at all possible for A1, 2 and eventually 3 too. Or for at least 3 because I definitely want to try out the last game of the series.
Also, I was reading the forum for A3 and saw a post about it being commercial. I'm all for you guys making money. But I agree that it would be awesome to have the option of buying a slightly higher priced (or same priced because A1 & 2 are already free) DVD/CD with all of them on there. I'm not saying you should combine them all, because I like them apart. It would just be cool to have them all on a disk, as separate games, to play whenever. (especially all on a disk that can run on a mac ) I was just wondering.
Thanks, grape

Hey Grape,
Sorry for taking forever to write a response. The compatibility issue is related to the scripting engine we used (AGS). There's a MAC port of that in the works, so once that's released Apprentice should run for you. I believe there's a Linux port of Apprentice, too, though I would totally understand you not wanted to install a new OS just for a few games.
We don't talk about Apprentice 3 around here, because we don't want to jinx it. But seriously, there's a chance it could happen. Enough years have passed... eesh.
